B-Pay is a digital payment service that facilitates instant money transfers, deposits, and payouts. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully:

• All successful transactions are final and cannot be reversed or canceled.
• We do not offer refunds once a payment is successfully processed unless a technical error occurred.
• In the case of double charges or technical issues, users must report the problem within 24 hours with proof.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days.
• B-Pay is not responsible for incorrect payment entries made by the user (e.g., wrong UPI ID or account number).
